The Role

As Health & Wellness Executive (Intern), you are responsible for:

  • Assisting and supporting Insurance Innovations projects with the Innovations Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of innovation projects, including insurtech and digital health solutions
  • Manage, coordinate, and evaluate innovation projects that align with our innovation strategy
  • Work closely with Innovations and Solutions team, as well as colleagues from our front offices
  • Explore and execute strategic partnerships. This includes partner identification, screening, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and closing.

Key Tasks

  • Support for the strategic development of innovation projects, including:
    • Engage in research relevant to existing innovation projects.
    • Responsible for the strategic curation of support resources for innovation projects, including the development of content for various solutions and platforms.
    • Brainstorm with the team in exploring future directions for insurtech solutions.
    • Support and assist with project documentation where appropriate.
    • Liaise with the Innovations Team and front office colleagues for assigned projects.

Required Education/Work Experience

  • Current final-year tertiary student enrolled in the final year of either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program.
  • Majored in Allied Health Sciences, Communication Studies or any related discipline with interest/experience in Health & Wellness, Digital Innovations and/or Strategic Communications or similar.
