What you bring

We are looking for a project manager to manage existing or future relationships within the implementation of our solutions in an existing and/or developing ecosystem.

  • Apply what Insurtech does best: learn quickly, participate in building new technologies, implement reliable processes to offer our clients a unique service.
  • As part of the Front Office team, reporting to the Head of Operations, you will contribute to the implementation of new solutions or functional evolutions. You will manage the deployment of new projects from their conception to their completion, coordinating customer expectations with internal resources.
  • You will be the key player in the day-to-day operations and will work with the front office, IT and content team to assess and coordinate the implementation of any client requirements.
  • You play a leading role in preparing appropriate presentations and/or support material for client meetings.
  • You are rigorous, curious, collaborative, autonomous and enjoy working in a relaxed atmosphere.

Required skills and experience

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a similar position as project manager, knowledge of project management processes and methods (planning, budget, indicators) in the implementation of a digital solution with a customer/IT relationship component.
  • You have very good analytical and process management skills.
  • You are used to dealing with clients, you can adapt to your audience.
  • You are a team player and enjoy challenges.
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
